However, a broker stood up and sent me my policy, uploading it to the RTA app. I'm very thankful to Akansha (BE09190) for assisting me with my car insurance; she urgently addressed my concern. On WhatsApp, another broker took my concern but eventually transferred me to another agent. Good thing it was Akansha who saved my day. I have purchased medical insurance from policy bazaar last week. Some updates needs to be done. I made my payment. They were very quick in responding before sales. Now no one is responding through WhatsApp customer care line, I have sent email to them, no response, called couple of times to their customer care number, apart from automated response, no one picks up and call in getting disconnected. I don't know the status of my policy. I am feeling like scammed now.

I purchased insurance from Policybazaar and clearly informed them that it was urgent, as I needed the policy to be active in the RTA system for renewal. Despite this, the policy was not updated or effective in the RTA records.
Because of this delay, I got stuck while traveling to Saudi Arabia, which caused serious inconvenience and stress. I tried contacting customer care multiple times, but no one properly responded. The calls kept disconnecting, and I was unable to get any support.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I expected much better assistance, especially in an urgent situation.
Because of this delay, I got stuck while traveling to Saudi Arabia, which caused serious inconvenience and stress. I tried contacting customer care multiple times, but no one properly responded. The calls kept disconnecting, and I was unable to get any support.

I had a very bad experience with policy bazaar team. I requested to extend a policy of one of my Car for an additional 01 month because of delay of renewel due to technical reason. Their advisor took 48-72 hrs to extend the policy and she did for an another vehicle instead the requested car. Then, she started the same process for the same vehicle again and took 48 hrs for repayments + 48 hrs for updating.
Most important, they are just working on whatsApp abd all the time they allocate a new advisor and you have to repeate a full stirey and back ground again.
They are wasting a lot of time and answering timely. Just unbelievable poor service

This insurance broker is extremely unprofessional. They initially confirmed that they would issue the policy at a specific time, but after I made the payment, there were no updates at all. I had to follow up myself and was repeatedly asked to wait—first for one hour, then for a couple more hours, which eventually turned into four hours of waiting.
After being informed twice that my application was rejected, I decided to withdraw my application and request a refund. Only then did they call back and say they could issue the policy. I was asked to wait again until the insurance was finally issued, but when I checked it, the details were incorrect.
I first waited 4 hours for the revised policy. After that, I was told to wait another 1–2 hours, then later assured again that it would be ready in 30 minutes. Despite all these promises, nothing was delivered. Two more hours have already passed, and I still have not received the revised policy.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication—there were no calls or updates from their side. I always had to follow up just to know what was happening.
Due to their repeated mistakes, incorrect policy details, and unfulfilled timelines, the registration of my vehicle was delayed. This could have been avoided if they had properly checked the information from the beginning and handled the process professionally.

Beware before you purchase any health insurance plan (hayah nextcare GN) in my case from policy bazaar guys.. They are biggest scammers in terms of providing customer care once you have made payment. They do not even link the policy purchased with them with ICP which would further cause delay/issues in visa renewal and immigration process. Infact important screening tests recomemded by doctors in maternity plans are rejected by company despite of purchasing expensive plans. Their agents and advisors just waste your time over calls and whatsapp but never ever do the task requested to them. Its extremely disheartening that their agents dont even track your complains and you end up wasting so much of your time and effort raising requests.( eg. we requested them to urgently link the insurance to icp . they didnot do it in 8 days and even more.. ) They donot even give proper contact information of the insurer and you are left all alone when it comes to seeking service as there is no response from their team.

Went to emergency in the hospital they said this is the worst policy, we need to raise a request to the insurance provider. At the end, I paid for the emergency treatment for my kid in the hospital.
Called Aster clinic, only Al Qusais, AL Khawaneej etc covered, which are really far.
But all aster clinics are in the excel sheet, when you reach to technical support they will say the list is keep on changing, thats a lie they will tell you.
I asked for cancellation, and thats not a simple process either, thats a loop.
I loose my money, got scammed, by their sales. Please don't trust them.
