Worst insurance I have had the misfortune to deal with there isn't enough space here to explain the utter stupidity with them, and I haven't made a claim with them by the way this has been the worst insurance experience of my life 4 months of hell and im stuck with them until my renewal next February ffs The staff missold a 7500 euro policy to my my company so im up the river .. and after I pay for it also changed the terms never contact me back the numbers online say for english language they dont speak english btw

Beware before you purchase any health insurance plan (hayah nextcare GN) in my case from policy bazaar guys.. They are biggest scammers in terms of providing customer care once you have made payment. They do not even link the policy purchased with them with ICP which would further cause delay/issues in visa renewal and immigration process. Infact important screening tests recomemded by doctors in maternity plans are rejected by company despite of purchasing expensive plans. Their agents and advisors just waste your time over calls and whatsapp but never ever do the task requested to them. Its extremely disheartening that their agents dont even track your complains and you end up wasting so much of your time and effort raising requests.( eg. we requested them to urgently link the insurance to icp . they didnot do it in 8 days and even more.. ) They donot even give proper contact information of the insurer and you are left all alone when it comes to seeking service as there is no response from their team.

Mi hija ha tenido un año increíble. Su primer año de universidad venía lleno de cambios: nueva ciudad, nuevas rutinas, nuevos amigos, un entorno totalmente distinto… Y gracias a Valeria y su familia, esta etapa fue mucho más fácil y, sobre todo, muy especial. Le ofrecieron mucho más que una habitación: un hogar cálido, seguro y lleno de apoyo.

I made the payment 4 days ago and my insurance policy is still not prepared.

I have to register my car tomorrow, and if I don’t have insurance, I will receive a fine. I have never seen such a terrible insurance company. I would not recommend them to anyone. No one should trust them — they are scammers.

They have blocked my phone number and they are not replying on WhatsApp.
